4 round steaks flattened to 1/4 inch
4 tbsp mustard
2 cups sautéed spinach
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups beef stock
1 large onion thinly sliced
8 pieces bacon
1.) Sauté mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes, set aside.
2.) Place flattened round steak on a work service and divide mustard between the 4 steaks. Spread onto the steak.
3.) Divide the spinach, onions, and mozzarella cheese between the 4 steaks. Roll them up and and wrap each roulade with 2 pieces of bacon secure with a toothpick.
4.) Heat your sauté pan and pan sear roulades on each side to brown up the bacon.
5.) Pour in the beef stock and sautéed mushrooms. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
6.) Serve and enjoy with your favorite sides. Be sure to remove the toothpick and enjoy.
