Fettucine Alfredo with Peppered Flank Steak

2 tbsp freshly minced garlic
2 cups cream
½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.) Prepare noodles as directed on package.
2.) Heat a large sauté pan on the stove and add about 2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan.
3.) Add the garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
4.) Add the cream to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the parmesan cheese. Gently stir until the cheese has melted.
5.) Add the cooked and drained noodles to the Alfredo sauce to coat.
6.) Serve immediately with a grilled peppered flank steak.
Peppered Flank Steak Ingredients:
1 large flank steak
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.) In a small bowl combined the minced garlic, salt, freshly ground black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Mix together and rub all over the flank steak. Set the flank steak aside for 10 - 15 minutes to marinade.
2.) Heat your grill and grill the flank steaks for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and let the flank steak rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with Fettuccine Alfredo.
