Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

8 cups cooked, drained elbow macaroni
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated onion
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 cups vegetable of choice (peas, carrots, potato...)
salt and pepper to tasteDirections:
1. Place the cooked and cooled pasta in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Mix together mayonnaise, grated onion, green onions, and vinegar. Fold the mayonnaise mixture into the cooked pasta.
3. Fold in the vegetable of your choice.
4. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill salad overnight. Serve and Enjoy!
