Honey Chicken & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.5 cups Butter
2 tablespoons Curry Powder
0.25 cup Dijon Mustard
1 cup Honey
Line chicken breasts in casserole dish. Melt remaining ingredients in saucepan. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
3 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
0.5 cup Milk
1 pound Red Potatoes
Boil potatoes about 15 minutes until tender. Melt butter and milk on stove top. Drain and rinse potatoes. Combine potatoes with melted milk and butter. (Having the milk and butter warm will help the potatoes be less starchy). Mash together with electric mixer until as smooth as desired.
While mixing add in garlic powder.
