Gluten-Free Chicken Dinner

3 T. coconut oil
8 chicken drumsticks
1 yellow onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
3-5 small zucchini, ½” rounds
3 tsp. Real Season Salt
1.) Warm oil in a large skillet. Season drumsticks with Real Season Salt and pepper and add to the hot oil. Sear for a few minutes or until browned on the outside.
2.) Add onion, cloves and tomatoes to dish then sprinkle with remaining season salt.
3.) Cover. Turn heat down to medium and simmer for 15 minutes.
4.) Add zucchini and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
