4 cups cooked egg noodles (can use any kind of noodles)
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups chopped mushrooms
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped pepperoni
2 cups prepared pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1.) Heat a large saute pan and brown the hamburger. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
2.) Add the onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and pepperoni to the pan. Saute together for an additional 5 minutes.
3.) Add the pizza sauce and tomatoes. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the heat.
4.) Spray a 9x13 pan with vegetable spray and transfer the beef mixture to the casserole pan.
5.) Back in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes uncovered.
6.) Carefully remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
7.) Return the pan to the oven for an additional minute or until the cheese is bubbling.
8.) Remove from oven and enjoy!
