General Tso Chicken

1 pound cube chicken breasts
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1.) Add the cornstarch and eggs to a bowl and whisk together.
2.) Add the chicken to the cornstarch mixture and make sure they are throughly coated.
3.) Heat a large saute pan on the stove and add just enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
4.) Sauté the chicken until throughly cooked and golden brown.
5.) While the chicken is cooking mix the sauce ingredients together.
6.) When the chicken is through cooked and crispy brown, add the sauce mixture to the saute pan with the chicken. Stir and bring to a boil to thicken. (If wanted you could sauté green onions and other vegetables with the dish)
7.) Serve over rice and enjoy!
