Pesto Chicken Pizza

2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp honey
1 cup warm water
3 cups flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup prepared pesto sauce
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine the yeast, honey, water, and olive oil. Mix together and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add the flour and salt. Mix together and knead for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth. Place in a oil bowl, cover and let double in size.
2. Remove dough and shape into a round and build up the edges. Partially bake the crust in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
3. Remove the crust from the oven and spread with prepared pesto sauce, cooked chicken, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of pepper.
4. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and crust has browned.
5. Serve and Enjoy
