Friday Rivals: Syracuse Dominates Fremont 46-8
(KUTV) With a few weeks left in the high school football regular season, Syracuse and East are trying to remain unbeaten.
Staying perfect isn't easy, only a handful of teams can say that this season, and three of those unbeaten schools are in Class 3A. East is the only unbeaten team in 4A and Syracuse is the only perfect team in 5A.
The spotlight was on the Titans, as they took on Fremont in KMYU's Friday Night Rivals.
The Silverwolves hung with the Titans for a about a quarter but then gave way to much more talented and deeper squad. Running back Cole Bingham ran in a 2 yard touchdown and the Silverwolves converted a 2-point conversion to take 8-2 lead.
Syracuse then regained the momentum after a 4-yard touchdown run from Mason Woodward and a 67-yard touchdown run by Kavika Fonua.
The Titans would never look back, they rolled to a 46-8 victory and remain unbeaten on the season.
