FC Dallas Snares Road Win Over RSL
(KUTV) FC Dallas came into a sold out Rio Tinto Stadium Saturday night
and left with a 2-1 victory over the home team, its first win in Utah
since 2007.

RSL had its chances, with multiple first half shots
on goal that were either stopped by goalie Kevin Hartman or clanked
off the post harmlessly.

And behind the strong play of Hartman,
Dallas broke 1-1 tie with a  stoppage time goal from David Ferreira, to
notch a rare road win over RSL.

Still, Real remains in second-place  in the Western Conference standings but Coach Jason Kreis was obviously disappointed in the loss.

“No
doubt about it," Kreis said in his post game comments. "For me there
was one team that wanted to play the game and there was another team
that wanted to defend and counter and hit us on the counter punch, a
very clear game plan.

They won one tonight. It’s an unfortunate situation, but it’s going to happen sometimes.”

RSL
had a chance in the 76th minute when Saborio floated in his 14th goal
of the season to tie the game, but they were unable to find the net
again and fall to 13-9-3 on the season.
