RSL Tops Chivas 1-0
(KUTV) Javier Morales used his head to score the lone goal of the match with Chivas USA and Real Salt Lake held on for a 1-0 win at Rio Tinto Stadium Saturday night.

Morales got the shot past Chivas goalie Dan Kennedy after a beautiful cross from Alvaro Saborio set up the scoring opportunity.

With the win, RSL(3-3-2)  moves ahead of Chivas for second place in the Western Conference. The game was fast paced and both squads allowed plenty of scoring opportunities go by the way-side.

Alvaro Saborio had multiple chips shots on goal in the early going and couldn't convert.

Meanwhile, for the second week in a row RSL was called for a handball in the box and if not for a great save by Rimando on the ensuing penalty kick, the match could have had a different outcome.
