Jazz Fans Sound-Off After Season-Ending Loss
(KUTV) A large group of Utah Jazz fans which usually voice their opinions in cyber space, gathered at a local watering-hole to discuss the future of the franchise. After the Jazz ended their season with an 86-70 loss to Memphis.
The Jazz shot 32-percent from the field and got outscored 25-13 in the pivotal third-quarter. Utah ends the season with a record of 43-39 and was sub .500 following the All-Star break.
The team can now either reassemble behind center Al Jefferson or shed the veteran contracts in favor of a more youthful line-up in Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter.
The loss opened up a flood of opinions but few answers. The tough decisions will be made by Jazz executives in Kevin O Connor and Dennis Lindsey. Still, some hard-core Jazz fans voiced their opinions, in what turned out to be the season finale for the Utah Jazz.
