Corbin Says Jazz Will Be Ready For Game 4
(KUTV) After Saturday's 102-90 loss to the Spurs in Game 3 of their best-of-seven series, the Jazz are on the brink of playoff elimination.
Utah took a 58-56 lead early in the 3rd quarter but a 15-5 run by the Spurs gave San Antonio the opening they needed to win Game 3.
Even when Utah pulled to within 81-76 it was Tony Parker who delivered the knock out punch by scoring 16 of his 27 points in the fourth quarter.
The Jazz are now down 0-3 in the series and no team in NBA history has ever come back that deficit.
Al Jefferson and Devin Harris each scored 21 points and Derrick Favors chipped in with 15 points and 11 rebounds, but it was the spectacular play of Parker that continues to make the difference.
Still, Jazz coach Tyrone Corbin said his team would come ready to play Monday night.
