The cold front associated with this storm will move through the Wasatch Front this afternoon. Precipitation will be heaviest as it is moving through the area. Winds will also be gusty this afternoon and evening. Snow levels will drop to the valley floor overnight.
Forecast for the Wasatch Front:.Today: Valley rain and mountain snow showers. Winds picking up through the afternoon. Highs will reach to near 50 this morning, but temperatures will drop by afternoon after the cold front moves through the area.Tonight: Snow showers. Up to 2" of accumulation expected on the valley floor. Lows dropping to near freezing.
