With so many eyes on the trial into a ski collision between "Iron Man" actress Gwyneth Paltrow and a retired optometrist, it was only a matter of time before her fashion became a part of the coverage.
The critiques immediately came in on Day 1 of the proceedings, as Paltrow donned a pair of what one internet commenter called "Jeffrey Dahmer glasses," a description that's since gone viral. But it wasn't until Day 2 that her outfit and jewelry were dissected - specifically in terms of price.
According to a report from The Daily Mail, Paltrow's outfit on Wednesday, which was almost identical to the one worn as the trial began on Tuesday, cost more than most luxury vehicles.
A Utahn working the state's minimum wage, for context, would have to work four years and spend money on nothing else in order to afford the lifestyle-brand aficionado's March 22 wardrobe.
Both days, Paltrow arrived to Third District Court in Park City wearing brown, wide-legged trousers, chunky shoes, and an ankle-length olive green trench coat. The only major difference between the two outfits was Paltrow's choice of sweaters. Her Tuesday turtleneck and Wednesday cardigan were both a similar shade of cream.
The Daily Mail found the two sweaters matched apparel from Paltrow's own brand, goop, which both cost $595 on the "Shakespeare in Love" Oscar-winner's website.
Her wide-leg corduroy pants also appear to be a Paltrow-brand product, which are listed at $425 on goop.

As rain and snow fell on Park City during the first two days of the trial, Paltrow kept her feet dry with a pair Celine Triomphe lace-up leather boots featured elevating soles that were almost as high as their price. The $1,200 shoes are actually on the lower-end of prices when it comes to upscale footwear.
And to keep her eyewear and various court documents close, her Celine Big Bag was estimated to be approximately $1,600.
Topping off the the look was a necklace that The Daily Mail identified as a Foundrae gold piece. Total cost: $65,000 for the jewelry.
The report didn't identify the trench coat, however, which could cost between $2,000 - $12,000, or even more if it's a brand like Burberry.
She didn't keep the cream-colored trend going on Thursday though, when she showed up to the district court in gray, loose-fitting pantsuit over a gray camisole. She switched out her eyewear, as well, choosing a thick red and black frame over the aviator-style glasses worn on Day 1 and Day 2.
The word is still out on the cost of Day 3's outfit.
