Cooking with Chef Bryan: Siracha Glazed Salmon

As Aired On May 12, 2015Recipe Courtesy of Cuisine Unlimited - Emily LavinServes 4{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{} {}Sriracha Glazed Salmon Ingredients:1 lb. boneless salmon filets2 Tbs. maple syrup {}1 whole lime 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro 2 tsp. Sriracha hot sauceInstruction:1.) Heat oven to 425 degrees.2.) In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, zest, syrup, salt & Sriracha. 3.) Place Salmon in baking dish lined with parchment paper. 4.) Pour mixture on top of salmon.5.) Roast salmon in oven until flaky & cooked through, about 15 minutes. 6.) Garnish with fresh cilantro. Wasabi Mashed PotatoesIngredients:4 whole russet potatoes2 cups butter4 Tbs. wasabi powdersalt & pepper to tasteInstruction:1.) Place potatoes with skin on in boiling pot of salted water & cook until tender. {}2.) Using a cloth peel skin off cooked potatoes. 3.) Rice potatoes into large bowl using ricer (or cheese grater.) {}4.) Gently fold in melted butter.5.) Add water to wasabi powder until consistency of wet paint. 6.) Gently mix into potatoes. 7.) Add salt & pepper to taste. Bok ChoyIngredients:4 Bok Choy 1 tsp. olive oil salt & pepper to tasteInstruction:1.) Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees. 2.) Slice bok choy in half lengthwise. 3.) Brush with olive oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper. {}4.) Place directly on grill or in baking pan for the oven. 5.) Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
