Matt Caputo, CEO of Caputo's Market & Deli and a Cheese Expert, joined Kari on Fresh Living to teach her a thing or two about cheese and talk about their Cheese Cave. Caputo's Cheese Cave is designed to "replicate the environment of subterranean caves where cheese aging began." Caputo's knows a thing or two about cheese.
