KUTV — While anxiety might not be the first thing you think about when you think of NFL Hall of Famer Steve Young, they're actually more closely related than you might think.
As a professional athlete, Steve Young knows what it's like to feel pressured and experience anxiety. That's why he started the Forever Young Foundation, a global charity helping kids across the world receive educational, therapeutic, and athletic opportunities!
Since 1993, the Forever Young Foundation has provided resources and funding for families who might be in need of things like therapy but don't have the means for it.
On Sep 11, Utah residents can help contribute to the Forever Young Foundation's important work by participating in the Pedalfest!
Organized in part by Forever Young Foundation's partner Cascade Academy, the Pedalfest is a bike ride for anxiety. All proceeds will be going to the Forever Young Foundation's wellness initiative.
