Peanut Butter JAMM to benefit the Kid's Programs at Utah Food Bank
(KUTV) — Peanut Butter JAMM is an all styles dance battle to benefit the Kid's Programs at the Utah Food Bank on Nov. 2, 2019, at Gallivan Center. This event collects peanut butter while raising funds & awareness about childhood hunger in Utah.
Entry to the event is a jar of peanut butter. The peanut butter & funds raised go to support the Kid's Cafe & Mobile Family Pantry programs at Utah Food Bank. 143,320 kids are at risk of hunger every day in Utah.
Last year over 400,000 meals were served to hungry kids at the Kid's Cafe. Chick-Fil-A is sponsoring Peanut Butter JAMM night at the Utah Jazz game on Nov. 6, 2019. All fans who bring a jar of peanut butter to the game will get a FREE meal card for any Utah Chick-fil-A.
Will Dance for Kids Project has raised $423,700 & donated over 40,000 lbs of food in the past 8 years. The project is all about kids helping kids. The Utah Dance Community & Chick-fil-A have been amazing in their support of this important project.
