(KUTV) While he was CEO at JetBlue, David Neeleman was known for talking to his customers and sitting in the back of the plane when he would fly.
"I think it's really important to put yourself in the place of the customer," he said.
As well at JetBlue, Neeleman has founded several other airlines, but he thinks of himself as more of a "transportation and logistics" guy than just an airline guy.
"I think it was just an industry that was in need of innovation and I kind of see myself as an innovator," he said. "So I just kind of thought it needed innovation."
