(For Tropical Parfait Cups)

Critical details:

If making a flavored panna cotta use 1500g Milk and 1500g Puree. Only use 20g of vanilla if adding another flavor.

Ingredients:

5 4/5 Ounce Milk

2 2/5 Ounce Sugar

1/8 Ounce Gelatin Sheets

1/8 Ounce Vanilla

2 7/8 Ounce Coconut Milk

2 7/8 Ounce Heavy Cream

Method:

1. Bloom gelatin.

2. Heat the milk, cream, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

3. Stir the gelatin into milk mixture until dissolved.

4. Strain, pour into desired container, chill.
