SOLDIER SUMMIT, Utah (KUTV) — An 18-year-old woman has been killed after a head-on crash on US 6 near Soldier Summit at the Utah County/Wasatch County line.
Officials with the Utah Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 6:40 p.m. Saturday near mile marker 211.
The woman, later identified as Lauren Bradshaw, was driving eastbound in a Toyota Corolla when her vehicle left its lane and went into westbound traffic, into the path of a Ford F350 hauling a camper.
Troopers said Bradshaw did not survive her injuries. It was not clear if anyone in the truck was injured.
Trooper Quincey Breur said there was a mixture of rain and snow at the time. Investigators were working to determine the exact cause of the crash.
