(KUTV) -- A Motor home and truck crashed in a head-on collision south of Duchesne County, killing two and sending one to the hospital in critical condition.

The crash occurred Friday, approximately 9:30 a.m., in Indian Canyon on state Route-191 at mile post 282.

The Utah Department of Public Safety stated in a news release that a 1992 Ford Ranger was traveling southbound and a 2014 Coach Motor home was traveling northbound at the same location.

The Ford crossed the center median and struck the motor home in the northbound lane. Both male drivers died at the scene, DPS said in the release.

The female passenger in motor home was transported by air to Utah Valley Hospital in critical condition.

The crash is still under investigation as to why the Ford crossed over into the oncoming lane.

DPS said the names of the deceased are expected to be released upon notification of relatives.
