(KUTV) -- A slew of men were arrested in Washington County for attempting to engage in sexual activities with minors, court documents state.
The six men were arrested for enticing a minor by messaging them on the internet.
The cases appear to be unrelated and it is unknown if the men know each other.
The 25-year-old suspect faces one count of enticing a minor over the internet. According to court documents, Powell used a computer to seduce or lure a minor to a location so they could engage in sexual activity, which is in violation of state law.
Powell proposed via internet and text messaging that he and a person he believed to be a 12-year-old girl should meet. Powell was arrested when he arrived at the location on November 15.
Powell admitted to police during an interview that he had two gigabytes of child pornography on his phone, including pictures of a relative's young child. He also confessed to sexually abusing her.
Ross Robert Woolsey
Woolsey was arrested on November 16 for two counts of enticing a minor over the internet and two counts of dealing with harmful material to a minor, court documents state.
The 49-year-old messaged two boys he believed were 13-years-old. He proposed engaging in sexual acts with the teens and arranged to meet one of them. He also sent explicit pictures to the boys.
Woolsey was arrested upon his arrival at the specified location.
Harry Leonard Taylor
The 41-year-old was arrested for one count of enticing a minor via the internet, court documents state.
James Allen Wynhoff
Wynoff, 36, is accused of possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute it, owning drug paraphernalia and enticing a minor.
John Spange
The 61-year-old is faces one count of enticing a minor over the internet, court documents state.
Robert Reed Nuzman
Court documents state that Nuzman, 58, was arrested for enticing a minor over the internet.
