(KUTV) Some big-name stars are in Utah this month filming the movie called "Brigsby Bear," a comedy about a children's television show that suddenly ends, according to the Utah Film Commission.

Most of the movie is slated to be filmed in Utah between July 19, and August 23 in the "greater Salt Lake City area," according to the film commission. The production was spotted in Kaysville Tuesday.

Kyle Mooney stars as the lead character and co wrote the film that also is said to feature Claire Danes, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Mark Hamill and Andy Samberg. The film's director is Dave McCary, currently a screen writer and director for Saturday Night Live.

"Brigsby Bear Adventures is a children’s TV show produced for an audience of one, James," according to a release from the state's film commission. "When the show abruptly ends, James realizes that everything about his life is a lie, and he must learn to cope with the realities of a new world that he knows nothing about."
