Donny, Marie and Osmond family call for prayers after brother Tom has heart surgery
(KUTV) — Donny Osmond has asked fans for thoughts and prayers for his brother Tom Osmond who is currently on life support after a quadruple bi-pass heart surgery.
"We don't know what the future holds, but it's in the Lord's hands. Our entire family would appreciate your thoughts & prayers on behalf of my sweet brother," he wrote in a tweet.
Tom Osmond, who was born deaf, was also the subject of a a post from his sister Marie Osmond on her webpage.
"My sweet Brother Tom, who is the second eldest in our family, is currently facing the fight of his life. Despite his physical challenges, he always strived to remain upbeat," she wrote.
She also said her deaf brothers are her heroes.
"Can you imagine being born into a family of singers?" Osmond asked.
The Osmond brothers' Facebook page had similar sentiments.
