Evidence from airbag results in homicide charges for Salt Lake man
(KUTV) - A Salt Lake City man is facing automobile homicide charges for a 2016 crash in Tooele County that killed a man.
Isaac Hernandez told police the man who died in the accident was the driver.
But, a DNA test on the airbag showed Hernandez was sitting in the driver's seat at the time of the accident.
Police say Hernandez was intoxicated at the time of the wreck.
A warrant is out for Hernandez' arrest.
