(KUTV) - A Salt Lake City man is facing automobile homicide charges for a 2016 crash in Tooele County that killed a man.

Isaac Hernandez told police the man who died in the accident was the driver.

But, a DNA test on the airbag showed Hernandez was sitting in the driver's seat at the time of the accident.

Police say Hernandez was intoxicated at the time of the wreck.

A warrant is out for Hernandez' arrest.
