(KUTV) Four men are in custody at the Uintah County Jail after police say they raped a 9-year-old girl while the girl's mother was high on methamphetamine.
According to a statement released by the Uintah County Sheriff's Office, the mother brought her 9-year-old daughter to spend Easter weekend with a friend. The mother and her friend went into the garage to smoke meth for about 30 minutes, police say.
During that time, officers allege that 36-year-old Larson RonDeau, 20-year-old Josiah RonDeau, 29-year-old Jerry Flatlip, and 26-year-old Randall Flatlip, raped the 9-year-old girl who was sleeping on the sofa inside.

The girl's mother told police that she found the girl to be visibly upset with her dress "pulled up past her waist" when she returned inside.
All four suspects were booked into jail for first degree felony rape and first degree felony sodomy on a child.
Police say the girl is now on state custody.
Investigators have not commented on any possible charges facing the girl's mother.
