USA Today complied a list of the best sandwiches in all 50 states.
Lola's Street Kitchen, a food truck in Heber City, was dubbed the "best sandwich in Utah" by the publication.
The establishment is known for its Salmon Ginger sandwich. It is filled with a wild sockeye salmon, cilantro cream sauce, ancho chile past and a pickled cucumbers and ginger. But, they have a variety of dishes that are sure to make your mouth water.
John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, is credited inventing the sandwich following his claims that he was the original inventor.
