(KUTV) A house at 702 W. 500 N. caught fire just before 5 a.m. in Provo, UT.
Crews responded and extinguished the fire, which caused about $5,000 in damages.
The house was under renovation because it had been damaged by two fires in June, said Provo Fire Battalion Chief Lynn Schofield. The first was an electrical fire, and the second a flare-up from an ember that got stuck in the roof and flared 24 hours later.
The house no longer has any electrical or gas lines, so fire investigators are still investigating the cause of this latest blaze.
It is possible that it was human-caused, but no clear conclusion has yet been reached.
