(KUTV) — The popular Ice Castles in Midway, Utah opened to the public on Friday.

This year the Ice Castles feature slides, frozen thrones, spiraling, fountains, and tunnels. The ice castles also light up at night.

The Ice Castles will be open through February, provided that the temperature remains cold enough.

The Ice Castles' hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 6pm - 9pm
Friday: 6pm - 10:30pm
Saturday: 6pm - 10:30pm
Sunday: Closed

The Ice Castles offers the opportunity to meet princesses and witness fire performances.
