SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Officials determined that two suspicious deaths that happened over the weekend were the result of a man who killed his teenage son in an alleged murder-suicide
They said 49-year-old Parth Gandhi killed his 16-year-old son inside a Salt Lake City office complex on Saturday.
Gandhi was suspected to have died of suicide.
The investigation began at approximately 11:14 a.m. when someone reported finding a body inside an office complex located at 2936 South Highland Drive.

Police said the building was secured and checked for additional victims, according to a press release.
As part of this investigation, officers conducted a welfare check at Gandhi’s residence near Sunnyside Park.
