Man arrested on suspicion of stabbing his father to death in South Salt Lake

(KUTV) - A 38-year-old man is in custody on suspicion of stabbing his father to death during a domestic violence incident near 300 East 2700 South in South Salt Lake.

South Salt Lake police were called out to the disturbance around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Police have arrested the son on suspicion for stabbing his 65-year-old father to death during the domestic incident.

Police aren't releasing much information as their investigation is ongoing.

Police will be on the scene until the early morning hours.
