Man dies at Devils Garden Trail in Arches National Park

MOAB, Utah (KUTV) — A 69-year-old man has died after officials responded to a report of CPR at Arches National Park.

National Park Service officials responded to a report of the CPR on the Primitive Loop section of Devils Garden Trail on Thursday.

Grand County officials and a Life Flight helicopter responded.

Resuscitation efforts were attempted but unsuccessful, and the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

His identity was not initially released.
