SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) -- A Utah man is facing DUI charges after police arrested him for driving the wrong way on State Street in Murray.
Seth Boss, 30, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.245, according to a probable cause statement obtained by 2News.
According to the probable cause statement, Boss was spotted heading north on State Street from the I-215 off-ramp around 11:05 p.m. Friday.
When police stopped Boss, they said his vehicle was missing its front passenger side tire as well as its side mirror.
Police say when they talked with Boss that he "did not know exactly what was going on."
According to police, Boss told them he had been drinking wine saying he was "not going to lie."
Police arrested Boss after performing field sobriety tests.
Boss was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on DUi and wrong-way driving charges.
