Ogden garage fire burns one person

One person was hurt during a garage fire in Ogden.

Battalion Chief Mike Slater says the flames ignited just before 1 a.m. at a home near 500 North and 800 East.

One person suffered burns on their hands and were transported to a hospital.

Slater says the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The damage is estimated at $20,000.
