The parents of a 19-year-old woman filed a lawsuit against Intermountain Healthcare, the city of Murray, among others after their daughter was hit by a wrong-way driver, claiming she was given a fatal dose of ketamine during treatment.

The lawsuit filed Monday alleges Gwendolyn "Gwen" Doner died after she was given 500 milligrams of ketamine, an amount they said is 16 times the maximum dose normally allowed.

According to court documents, they said it was after she was involved in a head-on collision on April 19 back in 2021.
