Police: 18-year-old in 'poor' condition after drive-by shooting in Taylorsville

    Police in the Salt Lake area are working to locate suspects in a drive-by shooting that left a 18-year-old injured on Thursday night.

    A spokesperson for the Unified Police Department said the male was shot in the leg at the Callaway Apartments in Taylorsville.

    The victim was taken to Intermountain Medical Center in "poor" condition, the lieutenant told 2News.

    The shooting suspects reportedly fled the scene in a gold sedan. UPD was not sure how many people were in the vehicle, but the lieutenant confirmed there was more than one person inside.
