(KUTV) — The Mohave County Sheriff's office identified remains of one of two people found in the Arizona desert as Susan McFalls, who went missing with her husband, Jerry, from their home in Arizona.

The second set of remains has yet to be identified, the sheriff's office said in a press release on Thursday.

The remains were found about two weeks prior on October 15 near Utah's border with Arizona.

Family of Jerry and Susan McFalls, who mysteriously disappeared from their winter home in Littlefield, Arizona in January, were asked to provide dental records from their missing parents after the remains were discovered, they told 2News.
