The Roy City Police Department dropped its professionally produced lip sync challenge video on Monday, and followers of their Facebook page were nothing short of impressed.

(KUTV) — The Roy City Police Department dropped its professionally produced lip sync challenge video on Monday, and followers of their Facebook page were nothing short of impressed.

"Here it is!! What you have all been waiting for!!" the police department posted on its Facebook page.

The video features officers lip syncing to 1986 Kenny Loggins hit "Danger Zone."

The performance culminates with hundreds of community members streaming out of the Roy PD headquarters, dancing and singing along to the popular 1979 Sister Sledge classic "We Are Family."

Commenters were quick to shower the department with praise.

"The first part is the best! Roy city nailed it!" one user commented.

Chief Carl Merino even got in on the action.

"Chief Marino (sic) is such a good sport!! Nice done everyone!" another user said.
