UPDATE: Victim dies after South Salt Lake house fire
UPDATE: (Oct. 1, 8:30 a.m.) The victim, who was in critical condition, has died, according to Chief Ron Morris with South Salt Lake Fire Department. The victim died at Intermountain Medical Center. The person has not been identified at this time.
(KUTV) -- One person is in critical condition after a house fire lights up in South Salt Lake Sunday night.
South Salt Lake Fire Chief Ron Morris told 2News that a house was on fire at 2721 S. West Temple St. and 100 West. Morris said the house was fully engulfed in flames by the time the first unit responded.
Four individuals lived in the house and one victim was pulled out of the house in critical condition. The three remaining occupants are not accounted for, but Morris told 2News that they don't appear to be inside the home.
