(KUTV)- With the help from Mascot Miracles Foundation, a touching wish for Cade Allen, a 13-year-old boy from South Jordan, came true Saturday morning.

Allen has already gone through 71 brain surgeries and doctors now say is conditions are terminal. He is battling hydrocephalus, also known as "water on the brain."

Before he passes, Allen wanted to meet the professional Utah mascots and make a special bear for his family.

Mascot Miracles Foundation partnered with Build-A-Bear to help make each of Allen's family members a custom bear with a voice recording of his voice.

"This was one of the opportunities that we had was to make a bear that has Cade's voice recording with a special message for each person in the family. That way we never forget his voice. We will never forget his voice and will always have the opportunity to be hugged and loved by him on a daily basis," Allen's mother told 2News.
