(KUTV) — Two suspects, Jess Segura and Joseph Done, were located by police and K-9's after leading authorities on a car chase early Monday morning.

At 1:30 a.m. Monday morning, West Valley police pulled over a suspicious vehicle, which was then determined to have been stolen.

The driver, Segura, sped away, leading police on a vehicle pursuit. Police pursued the suspect into a residential area.

Segura and Done exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The suspects hopped over fences to escape.

Police flooded the area and used K-'9's to find both suspects.

Segura was bitten by a K-9. He was taken to a hospital and will be booked into jail after he is released. Done suffered no injuries and was promptly booked into jail.

Police are not yet sure if the two suspects are fugitives.
