Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith announced his office was investigating claims of ritualistic child sex abuse that happened between 1990 - 2010. After the news dropped,
County Attorney David Leavitt claimed the sheriff's office is investigating a closed case, and it's being "recycled" so Leavitt would lose the upcoming election.
