Two adults escape Springville mobile home fire which killed two pets

SPRINGVILLE (KUTV) — Two adults are safe and two pets are dead after a house fire Saturday morning in Springville.

It happened at 10:50 a.m. at Green Acres Mobile Park at 360 West 400 North.

Sergeant Jason McCoy with the Springville Police Department told 2News the cause of the fire is still under investigation, but the home is a total loss.

The home was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived just minutes after the blaze started.

A man and a woman were in the mobile home when the fire started but made it out safely.

Two cats inside the home perished in the fire.

It took crews approximately 20 minutes to put out the blaze.
