Utah woman arrested for hiding 1/4 lb. of meth in her bra
(KUTV)- A woman was arrested in Utah County after telling officers she had a 1/4 pound of meth hidden in her bra.
According to charging documents, Canida Marie Olsen, 42-years-old from Sandy, Ut., was charged with improper turn signal and knowingly produce/dispense/manufacture a controlled substance.
Documents say an officer saw a vehicle make a traffic violation Sunday around 12:27 a.m. After police pulled Olsen's vehicle over, they realized a passenger in the car was wanted for a warrant.
Police said they placed the individual under arrest, and he asked if he could give Olsen, who was driving the vehicle, a kiss goodbye. Charging documents say that Olsen got out of the car, police saw a “small baggie with a crystal substance inside.”
As officers were placing Olsen under arrest she told them she had a large amount of methamphetamine hidden in her bra. The probable cause statement said that Olsen admitted to police that she "cuts and sells" the methamphetamine.
