Sen. Franken speaks after new sexual misconduct accusations

(KUTV) Democrat Senator Al Franken delivers a speech on the Senate Floor at 9:45 a.m.

The announced speech follows a new slew of sexual misconduct accusations leveled against the Minnesota senator.
