Grimes brings experience and a new offense to BYU football

(KUTV) - BYU’s new offensive coordinator, Jeff Grimes, was introduced to the media at a 10am press conference at LaVell Edwards Stadium. Grimes said he isn’t sure exactly how he would fill out his staff on the offensive side of the ball and he isn’t sure which position group he will coach, if he coaches a position group. Grimes also said he hasn’t had time to watch film and evaluate the BYU offense. He did share a little of his offensive philosophy and why he believes he is ready to call players after 20 years as a position coach. Grimes spoke for half an hour. You can watch Jake Edmonds first story here and part two will air Sunday night at 10:35 on Talkin’ Sports.
