Talkin' Sports: UVU newly hired Men's Basketball Coach

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — UVU recently hired a new men’s basketball coach after Mark Madsen departed for Cal.

Todd Phillips was Madsen’s lead assistant and takes over the Wolverine program.

He has some work to do after the transfer portal decimated the roster.

Phillips has Championship experience though guiding SLCC men's basketball team to the National title before he began his stint as a UVU assistant.
